Shipping Policy

At Wild Caper, we aim to provide you with timely and reliable delivery of your orders. We offer standard and express shipping options to cater to your needs. Please note that all orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any customs clearance processes.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination and may take up to 10 business days. Please be aware that additional customs fees and taxes may apply based on your country's regulations, and these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Launch Delivery Information

For our launch, please note that all orders placed during the initial launch will be delivered starting the week commencing 16th December 2024. This applies to both UK and international orders. We appreciate your patience as we prepare to get your Wild Caper gear to you in time for the season!
